The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the night market and the beach. The staff was accommodating and helped us with any requests we had. The billiard table in the hotel was a great addition and provided entertainment during our stay.
checking out early in the morning was a hassle, as no one was available at the reception and we had to wait for someone to come down and assist us.

It has a great location and Western bathrooms as opposed to Thai style with good air conditioning.

Within a walking distance of Cool Breeze Cafe Bar, where you can have lunch. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Hua Hin Night Market district. The rooms met requirements. The hotel is 1 mile from Raruk Hua Hin❤

Located right in the heart of town, this guesthouse offers a convenient base for exploring. With the best shopping and food just steps away, you'll never run out of options for entertainment. the rooms are spacious, with large doubles that provide plenty of room to stretch out. the bathrooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the guesthouse offers a lovely view from the balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The staff's initial reserve can make the check-in process a bit impersonal.

Clean comfortable and a very easy walk to the waterfront and great food spots.
The manager/receptionist not overly friendly or forthcoming with information.

Staff uninterested and unhelpful. "Hotel" is a bar with rooms. Noisy until early morning.

Good location, close to the beach, train station and night market. The price was not bad compared to everything else in the neighborhood, but didnt feel like good value.
The drain system in the entire building needs some serious maintenance. I didn't dare to use the sink in the bathroom because the water smelled so bad. The shower seemd to be ok, though. The girls at the reception were more or less polite, but not particularly helpful.

Spending New Year's Eve in this hotel was a great choice. the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best I've ever had. the location was ideal for exploring the town and enjoying the beach. Having a terrace with an amazing view was one of the best aspects of this hotel.
The bathroom was small and outdated, and there was some musty smell. the towels were not as clean as they could have been.
